Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update 4D BIM models by integrating 3D design data with project scheduling information.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, planners, and stakeholders to understand project needs and incorporate inputs into 4D models.
• Prepare and deliver 4D simulations based on baseline schedules to visualize construction processes, project sequencing, and progress tracking.
• Utilize 4D BIM to enhance construction sequencing, improve resource allocation, identify potential risks, and streamline workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of models with project requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 4D BIM modelling or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro Pro or Fuzor.
• Proficient in Synchro or Fuzor for 4D simulation and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
