Barber Assistant / Stylist

Luxury Private Japanese Barber Shop – Singapore CBD

We are looking for a Barber Assistant to join our growing team.

Experienced Stylists and Barbers are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

We welcome candidates with experience in:

• Hair Salons – Assistant or Stylist

• Barber Shops – Assistant or Barber

• Massage

• Hotels / Hospitality – High-quality customer service experience

Experience in hair salons, barber shops, or massage is highly preferred.

Candidates with strong customer service experience in the hotel or hospitality industry are also welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• Shampooing

• Head, neck & shoulder massage

• Facial treatments

• Shaving

• Grooming services

• Customer service

• Supporting daily salon operations

You do not need to have experience in all of these services.

Training will be provided based on your previous experience and current skill level.

Salary

Starting Basic Salary: SGD 3,000/month

Once you are able to provide our services to the required high-quality standard and demonstrate the necessary skills and service quality:

Basic Salary: SGD 3,500/month

Monthly Income: Up to SGD 5,000+

Commission and additional allowances are available depending on skills, performance and attendance.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day + 1-hour break

• Off Days: 8 days per month (schedule-based)

• Regular Day Off: Wednesday

• Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and Public Holidays according to the schedule.
