Name of Authority: Victoria School

Contract Period: From 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 1.00pm to 8.30pm, inclusive of 1hr dinner break

• Fridays: 12.30pm to 8:30pm, inclusive of 1hr dinner break

• Saturdays: 7.30am to 1.30pm

• Service not require on Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scopes：

• Provide support in general upkeep of Authority compound & equipment;

• Inspect work progress & provide feedback to Operations Managers;

• Accompany MOE Term Contractors for inspections & maintenance/repair works;

• Provide logistical support for Authority events and functions;

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Managers, Vice-Principals or Principal.

Requirements:

• Able to perform physical tasks and duties required for the role

• Preferably 3 years of experience performing as School attendant duties in school or equivalence preferred.
