Option to Extend: From 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2029.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3:00pm, or 9.30am to 6.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

• Fridays: 6.00am to 2:30pm, or 10.00am to 6.30pm , inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Key Responsibilities

a. Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security.

b. Ensure that school supplies are well stocked and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of school equipment.

c. Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining

cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.

Requirements:

a. Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.

b. Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

-Logistics-related work

-Cleaning duties

c. Physically fit and able to handle operational tasks
