We're looking for a proactive and self-driven team member to help grow TranscoPac's presence and support our sales and recruitment efforts through marketing activities.
This is not a role that requires deep marketing expertise
— what matters most is your willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward. If you enjoy figuring things out, taking initiative, and seeing your work make a real impact on the business, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do

🔹 Plan, create, and update content for the TranscoPac website to expand brand awareness and attract both customers and talent.
🔹 Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that support the sales team's outreach efforts.
🔹 Manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital channels (LinkedIn, etc.), tailoring content for our B2B and recruitment audiences.
🔹 Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen employer branding — including job posts, careers page content, and candidate-facing communications.
🔹 Track campaign performance (web traffic, engagement, lead generation) and share insights to improve future activities.
🔹 Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (designers, agencies, photographers) as needed.🔹 Assist with other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

🔹 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome).
🔹 Familiarity with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).

🔹 Interest in the waste management industry.
🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
🔹 A team player who is open to feedback and eager to learn.
🔹 Business-level English required; Japanese and/or Chinese is a strong plus given our customer and candidate base.
