Contract Period: From 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

*Requirements:*

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

•Trained in Data Science and possess working knowledge of Statistics, Measurement and Research.

•At least 1 year of relevant experience in conducting research and data analytics.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially MS Excel.

•Familiarity with analytical and statistical software and database management such as Tableau.

•Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Meticulous and possess leadership qualities to lead and drive results.

•Ability to work well independently and in teams and within tight timelines.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Job Scope: Support the Character and Citizenship Education with the following responsibilities:

•Gather and analyse data and feedback on the research evaluation projects (like Mid-Term reviews and Full-Term reviews) through various modalities such as engaging schools and stakeholders, as well as developing / managing surveys and focused group discussions / interviews.

•Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with specified research protocols and coding procedures.

•Document key processes of research / evaluation work, monitor progress and provide regular updates of projects.
