Responsibilities:

• Digital Communications Lead
• Prepare relevant documents that includes UAT results, SOP and User Guide.
• SME for Channel Distribution Access (CDA)
• Principal Tester for Product Launches
• To conduct UAT and execution of test plans, including managing of testers (if any)
• To initiate project planning with stakeholders in developing business requirements.
• To conduct business requirements and walk through sessions with stakeholders to ensure the business requirements and expectations are aligned.
• To participate in committees & task force in developing Tied Distribution business requirements.
• Follow up with technology team on reported issues to ensure issues are closed within timelines
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations, and coordinate with project managers on timely submission of deliverables
• To conduct Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions to relevant stakeholders
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Computer Science / Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in similar role
• Keen acumen in understanding key business drivers
• Analytical and creative in problem solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key stakeholders
• Experience in insurance industry will be an added advantage.
