Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PMFriday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $7000

Job Responsibilities:

• Support change management and transformation initiatives for the Bank’s enterprise-wide AI programme (AURA)
• Prepare and maintain materials such as presentation decks, FAQs, briefing notes, emails, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate change readiness activities, track action items, and support programme execution timelines
• Support internal and external communications initiatives, including EDMs, microsite content, videos, and graphics coordination
• Assist in organising and tracking upskilling and learning initiatives together with HR and programme stakeholders
• Monitor training participation, feedback, and adoption metrics, and prepare summary reports
• Provide day-to-day project coordination support, including tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Work closely with HR, Business Units, Technology teams, and external vendors in a fast-paced programme environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or large corporate environments
• Experience in change management, transformation projects, corporate communications, learning & development, or programme/project management
• Prior exposure to large-scale transformation or technology-driven initiatives is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to prepare professional decks, emails, and presentations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive team player with strong coordination and project management skills
• Experience in communications content creation (EDMs, videos, graphics, microsites) and exposure to AI/digital transformation initiatives is a plus
