Job Scope

1. Supervision of Lifting / rigging Operations
2. Supervise all lifting and hoisting activities on site / inhouse
3. Ensure lifting operations are carried out strictly in accordance with approved lifting plans and method statements
4. Prepare Lifting plans and risk assessments
5. Crane type and configuration match the approved plan
6. Check that lifting gear is correct for the lift
7. Toolbox Talks & Communication
8. Safety & Risk Control
9. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
10. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory checks

Requirements

• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certification highly preferred (MOM‑recognized in Singapore or equivalent authority)
• Diploma / Nitec in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering.
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience in rigging or lifting operation.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, marine, or industrial projects preferred
