Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor, Contract Management, you will support contract management functions across the Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate and maintain trading agreements that enable the buying and selling of physical crude oil, refined products, and renewable products, aligning with Phillips 66’s core values and vision to drive a high-performance business unit.

4000 – S$9,500/month

Location: Phillips 66 @ Millenia Tower

Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer legal contracts including Purchase and Sales Agreements, Storage Agreements, and Tenders to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate negotiations with third parties to resolve contract discrepancies and secure favorable terms
• Lead negotiation and ongoing management of Brokerage Agreements, Clearing Broker Agreements, and brokers’ commission arrangements to optimize partnership outcomes
• Evaluate existing contract administration processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Communicate proactively within the team to share knowledge and facilitate collaborative problem-solving in contract management activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide operational coverage and maintain continuity in contract management functions
• Demonstrate independent decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure to support business continuity and growth initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Maritime Studies, Laws, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Knowledge of the energy market in Asia to inform contract management and negotiation strategies
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure legal and commercial soundness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders and document contract terms clearly
• Proven interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to act decisively and independently in dynamic environments
• Self-starter attitude with a commitment to contributing to the growth of Phillips 66 Asia and global business
