5 Days work Week (will involve Weekends and PH),

Shift 1: 0800 - 1700; - No shift allowance

Shift 2: 1500 - 2400  - Shift Allowance 3% (weekday) - 5% (weekend) on top of salary for days working shift 2

Shift 3: 0000 – 0830 – 15% (weekday) - 20% (Weekend) on top of salary for days working shift 3

Mostly shift one and two for the first 3-6 months, shift 3 starts from after 6 months (meal allowance given)

Responsibilities

- Execute and achieve the objectives of the Integrated Materials Management and Component

- Particular emphasis on execution and supporting program customers/suppliers around the world.

- Perform order fulfillment through expediting the supply of needed items by liaison, coordination and follow up with internal & external stakeholders.

- Works at the functional or program level to oversee administration, support Plans and supply change management processes.

- Point of contact for customer enquiries and support teams.

- Coordinates development of solutions to order fulfillment related issues with product support teams, customers and suppliers.

- Assist in the development of documentation related to Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures.

- Identify special demand from customers and coordinate with Planning /Asset and Repair Teams for a viable plan.

- Coordinates with 3rd party logistics provider to track shipments for both forward and reverse logistics.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Aviation/ Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Business Management or equivalent/ relevant discipline.

- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training is provided.
