Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Assisting with patient registration and front-desk reception
- Arranging and updating patient appointments
- Facilitating referrals for specialist consultations
- Handling payments and responding to patient enquiries in a professional manner
- Managing patient feedback and ensuring issues are addressed or escalated appropriately
- Maintaining clear and effective communication to support a positive patient experience
- Rotating duties at the Health Monitoring Station, including taking patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure measurements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels
- Able to start as early as 6.30am on certain days
- Willing to commit for at least 1 year
