Contract Period: From 15 Sep 2026 to 14 Sep 2027.

Option to extend: From 15 Sep 2027 to 14 Sep 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on weekly basis):

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Fridays: 6:30am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

AND

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Fridays: 10:15am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

-Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications and experience:

• Completed primary school education
• 2 years experience in logistics-related work & cleaning duties
• Prior working experience in MOE institutions (schools)

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and classrooms

• Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment

• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials

• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
