Role:
Shipping Coordinator (Up to $2800 + AWS)

• Singapore Based (Boon Lay)

• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Salary: $2400 to $2800 + AWS

• Minimum 1 year working experience

• Experience in a shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics industry an added advantage

Job Scope (Responsibilities):

Process custom declaration and bill of lading

Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight

Prepare and check import shipment documents

Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors

Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process

Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up

Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query

On/ off-sites inventory stock take

Support strategic purchasing request
