• 8:00AM – 9:00PM
• 7:00AM – 8:00PM
• Includes transition shifts to support end-of-day coverage

🩺 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans for residents
• Manage and implement physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes for assisted-living and nursing care residents
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support residents’ recovery and mobility goals
• Provide therapy interventions to improve residents’ strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Monitor residents’ rehabilitation progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate residents, caregivers, and healthcare staff on rehabilitation exercises and mobility support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and rehabilitation standards and protocols

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Valid practicing certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical physiotherapy experience
• Prior experience with elderly or geriatric patients preferred
• English proficiency required; Mandarin-speaking ability preferred to communicate with residents
