🎯 Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
2. Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
3. Provide detailed menu explanations (yakitori, beverages, specials).
4. Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
5. Maintain cleanliness and restock bar/service area.
6. Assist with bar opening/closing duties.
7. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
8. Coordinate closely with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
9. Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
10. Uphold service quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
11. Work harmoniously with team members during peak hours.
