Job Responsibilities:

·        Manage day-to-day portfolio rebalancing operations

·        Analyse rebalancing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data or process issues in a timely manner

·        Engage portfolio managers and business stakeholders on rebalancing requirements and execution needs

·        Develop, implement, and maintain controls and workflows to ensure data quality and timeliness

·        Evaluate new business requirements and propose system or process solutions

·        Leverage user-empowered tools and analytics to deliver consistently high-quality rebalancing data in support of investment execution

·        Generate data reporting metrics.

·        Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·        Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·        Minimum 4 years of related experience

·        Experience with multiple asset classes would be an added advantage

·        Able to start immediately or within short notice
