· Supported the sales team in sales development, implementation, and achieving business objectives.

· Coordinated and submitted insurance applications, liaising with insurers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Managed documentation and maintained records for each application.

· Applied knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks’ credit procedures in daily operations.

· Handled administrative tasks, including scheduling medical examinations, preparing insurance forms and policy contracts, managing reimbursements, and coordinating logistics for new leads.

· Responded to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.

· Participated in internal and external training programs to enhance product and industry knowledge.

· Contributed to process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and service quality.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 year of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
