Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Seated within Operations Centre
· Coordinated daily operations, including customer appointment scheduling, database management, job allocation, manpower planning, and contractor deployment.
· Collaborated with customers, contractors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely issue resolution.
· Monitored operational trends, identified improvement opportunities, and conducted proactive analysis to mitigate potential escalation risks.
· Managed large volumes of data using various IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Maintainedoperational databases and prepared management reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
· Performed additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
