We are hiring 2 full-time Logistics Admin Officers to join on a permanent basis!

This is an admin-focused, tech-driven role with no heavy lifting involved. Suitable for candidates who are comfortable with computers, online forms, and communication work.

Job Highlights

✅ Office hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

✅ Light physical work only, up to 5kg

Job Responsibilities
• Lodge and submit reports through the company’s online system
• Key in and update information accurately through digital platforms
• Assist with administrative coordination and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and support basic communication duties
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure timely report submission

Requirements
• Comfortable using computers, websites, and digital tools
• Prior admin, customer service, or call centre experience will be advantageous
• Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• No prior logistics experience required as training will be provided
