Our client is a growing enrichment and tuition centre committed to helping students achieve their full potential. They are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to be the face of the centre—supporting both parents and students in their learning journey.

Job Scope:

• Be the first point of contact for parents and students (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp enquiries)
• Provide clear and professional advice on programmes and class schedules
• Manage student enrolments, registrations, and class scheduling accurately
• Maintain and update student records and attendance in the system
• Handle fee collection, invoicing, and basic administrative duties
• Support daily centre operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment
• Work closely with teachers to coordinate classes and respond to student needs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Friendly, confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with parents
• Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask during peak hours
• Able to work independently while also being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (education peak hours)
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or F&B is an advantage
• Prior experience in an education or enrichment setting is a plus

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend OR 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Location: Island wide locations available

Salary: Up to $3,500
