🎯 Role Overview

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Singapore operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires and a strong candidate experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce priorities
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, direct sourcing)
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and specialised roles
• Conduct structured screening and candidate assessment aligned to technical requirements
• Ensure smooth and timely communication across candidates and stakeholders
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
