Overview
Play a key role in supporting high-level clinical and healthcare operations that drive efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement across large-scale environments. This role sits at the heart of operational planning and execution, contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance overall service delivery and organisational performance.

What You’ll Do
You will be involved in both day-to-day operational support and long-term strategic planning, helping to ensure smooth coordination across teams and facilities. This includes driving process improvements, supporting emergency and operational readiness initiatives, and contributing to a well-structured and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives with long-term impact
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement solutions
• Assist in logistics coordination including scheduling, travel arrangements, and reporting requirements
• Support budgeting, procurement tracking, and resource planning activities
• Oversee administrative coordination for facilities, workspace planning, and office transitions
• Provide daily operational support including onboarding setup, purchase coordination, and invoice processing
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational databases
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
