🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
(1-hour lunch break)

Requirements:
✅ Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
✅ Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
✅ Experience in process improvement or system enhancement is an advantage

Job Scope:
🔹 Handle public enquiries and assess appeals related to government schemes
🔹 Liaise with public agencies to support case resolution
🔹 Manage complex cases involving multiple stakeholders
🔹 Support CRM system, AI and data analytics projects
🔹 Perform administrative duties as assigned
