About the Role

Join a stable and established marine engineering company under a renowned state-owned enterprise group. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company's growth in the marine and engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and overseas
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
✅ Conduct customer visits and expand the customer database
✅ Evaluate customer background and recommend suitable credit terms
✅ Prepare quotations and support proposal submissions
✅ Research market trends and customer requirements
✅ Support business expansion and product development initiatives
✅ Prepare monthly sales reports and activity summaries
✅ Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
✅ Maintain and update marketing materials and company brochures

Requirements

✔ Diploma in any discipline
✔ Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✔ Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking HQ counterparts)
✔ Candidates with marine, engineering, industrial, or B2B sales experience will have an advantage
