What You'll Do:

• Interacting with guests by welcoming them, sharing information about menu items or specials, answering questions, and handling orders and payments.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, including coffee, tea, and light bites, while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Packing food and drinks for takeaway and ensuring items are presented well.
• Recommending drinks, coffee equipment, and brewing options, and explaining what makes each choice different.
• Keeping service and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked, including regular sanitizing of tools and equipment.
• Continuously learning about coffee brewing, drink combinations, food prep, and presentation to improve overall quality.
• Monitoring stock levels and refilling counters, shelves, and display areas as needed.
• Working collaboratively in a lively, fast-paced team environment.

What You Bring:

• 3 years of experience working as a Barista
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods and performing physical tasks
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.
• Flexible availability, especially during busy periods
