负责公司核心金融软件产品的全生命周期管理，覆盖共同基金、股票、债券、结构性产品及客户交易系统，确保产品战略与商业目标及用户需求高度契合。

核心职责

• 主导产品规划、设计与迭代，深入研究新加坡及全球金融市场，掌握 MAS 合规要求与各类资产（基金、ETF、股票、债券、结构票据）的交易逻辑。
• 对标 IBKR、Saxo、Tiger、Endowus、StashAway 等头部平台，提出清晰的产品方向与体验优化策略。
• 跨部门协作（业务、运营、合规、研发），驱动产品从需求到上线的全流程落地。
• 通过用研、数据分析与竞品研究优化用户体验；制定产品路线图，管理项目节奏与交付质量。

任职要求

• 8 年以上产品经理经验，具备金融软件、财富管理平台或交易系统背景。
• 深入理解新加坡市场主流金融工具；熟悉 MAS 监管框架者优先。
• 能独立输出 PRD、线框图、用户流程及数据结构文档，端到端推动交付。
• 执行力强，具备数据思维、跨职能项目管理经验
• 能在跨区域团队协作及阅读监管、技术文件等场景中灵活切换沟通

加分项

• 券商、银行、EAM、金融科技平台或财富管理公司从业背景。
• 了解交易引擎、清算结算系统、业绩归因或合规监控系统。
• 有从 0 到 1 搭建金融产品的经验；具备数据能力（SQL / GA / Data Studio / Amplitude 等）。
