With humble beginnings in 2012, Illius Singapore Pte Ltd was incorporated to produce gourmet Ice Cream under the brand The 1819 Creamery.

That same year, Sushi Zanmai by Fresharvest offering fresh, affordable and great tasting Japanese food started operation. Of recent, the brand name “Sushi Zanmai” was acquired and the new name for the outlet, Uozen was coined.

Autumn of 2014, a partnership was established with Japan’s leading raw milk supplier to produce fresh milk from Hokkaido, Japan. The brand is now known as Hokkaido Fresh Milk. Months later, we acquired the rights to distribute Yotsuba Milk Products, one of Japan’s most renowned brand of dairy foods. To further complement our existing businesses, a food processing facility was procured.

In the years following, we started trading in Korean food. The same year Asian Humble a cross-over Asian food concept was established.
